honestly, I've heard so many horror stories, never ever had a problem with them in Austin, in san antonio and dallas they were a headache, I think whoever runs it here in Austin is just on the ball. One of my old houses, guy came in to set up the cable/inet, realized the cables in the house were old and spent the whole day (he got there at 10:30am, left around 9pm) rewiring our house, didn't cost us a thing.
