For what it's worth, they're trying to get it started 15 minutes earlier and it's a shorter race (lap wise), especially if they manage to go green for long stretches of time.

Just an fyi, in the future you should do something like screenshot the last page to prove you completed it. Sending them your ID for a survey that didn't collect your workerID doesn't at all prove to them that you did it

True, but I have done this a lot and never had a problem getting it approved. I send screenshots usually when they say there is a code and that spot is blank.

So you guys remember the other day I said I was upgrading my Comcast package?

Upgraded to their Blast Pro and had to have a tech come out here yesterday. The dude was here for 3 hours going through levels of Comcast tech that he didn't know existed in the company. Only to conclude that all of our devices are fine (and can more than easily get the 150mbps Blast Pro gives) and that Comcast has apparently messed up our account to where boot files won't load properly and we need our account recreated from the ground up.

edit: oh and today (day after the tech came over) our account changed from Basic Plus to Economy. Wtf comcast.
