I heard that mturk is now letting in workers from other countries. Is this true? If this is true, is there gonna be a cap on how many foreign workers get into acceptance?

I'm worried that by letting in a lot of new workers, esp. if they're coming from third world countries, then requesters can just drop their prices to whatever ridiculous amount and some people will still do them

Does anyone have any more info on this?

Kinda just a silly side note on this. OrditalMturk added a qual to their last batch "location is not US" and their pay is 2 cents. But they turned rotten pretty quick anyways so no major loss.
