Having a university behind it means you can contact an advisor or IRB if something goes sideways. If it's a random requester with no other info, you have no one to try to contact for help if you get rejected.

thats true, but they were talking about the jamelio hits where they didn't read the instructions. A university would be just as likely to reject for that as any other requester is all i was saying. In fact, since they didn't reject or block when so many people did them wrong then a lot of people will just do them next time even though they don't really qualify. If the university keeps that up then they deserve the bad results they will get.
