Don't buy your stuff from Trader Joe's however. I've had two messages about their frozen veggies being contaminated, makes me wonder about their fresh stuff. I have purchased salsa from them before and then after I got it home, I noticed the top of container - fresh salsa - was bulging up, like puffing out at the top as in it had a dome. I threw it out and didn't eat it. I contacted TJs and told them that my mother canned and taught me how and that when something puffs out like that, that's a positive sign for spoilage as in botulism. They told me no one had gotten sick from their salsa so they didn't care. Guess they ought to have paid more attention.
