Ouch. Sorry to hear that. I think there were a couple others worried about this. Who was it? @weakman and someone else.

I did quite a few myself, but I didn't receive any blocks yet. It might be because I emailed them and explained to them how I screwed up. I did hits for them before all the time and I just got excited and did it without reading it. Then again, I might receive a block later. Hopefully not, but live and learn I guess :/.

Edit: I also did a lot of zoltars for them and they may not want to block me because they know I do a pretty good job at them if I say so myself.

I know people tend to be skeptical of Inquisit but I have used it probably close to one hundred times since 2009 to complete surveys on here and never once had an issue (other than an occasional freeze on my old eMachine when I used that.) If you have a fairly modern machine quite a few Inquisit surveys are mindless and profitable.
