Im sure it is. I would figure though, they would maybe split their workers into groups, and time the batches, maybe decrease the load on the servers? Would that even help?

Yes, if it's a case of too many workers doing it at once, they need to either have fewer workers qualified (revoke some of the qualifications) or break up the workers into groups so not so many people are clobbering the server at all once.

I think most everyone frustrated with the slow loading has, at some point, emailed them a suggestion like this. I know I have. However, since their last email specifically said to NOT email them anymore, I'm afraid of losing the qual if I bug them about it.
