I did Greyhound from Iowa to Ontario (and then back). I had no problems really in either direction. I'd read lots of horror stories before going, too, and was seriously worried, particularly about making transfers (I had to transfer twice each way). I'd say make sure you know where you're transferring, make sure you have your paper ticket and ID ready for boarding and for checking luggage, it'll help the lines move smoothly. The strangest part of my experience was probably the Greyhound lady at Detroit who insisted that they didn't need to tag my checked luggage because that would happen over in Windsor (which didn't happen at all, even going through customs my luggage didn't come off the bus for some reason), despite being told at Chicago that I would need to get it tagged again at Detroit.

And make sure you're giving yourself enough wiggle room for transfers, if you have to make them. That was the thing I was absolutely paranoid about. If you try to schedule stuff too close together you'll risk running into a situation where you're pushing it for time if there are any sorts of delays and then will be scrambling. I chose to pack my own food rather than getting off the bus at stops, but I think next time I won't do that. I don't think I saved myself that much in the way of money. Just make sure you're back on the bus before they leave, because they will leave without you. I saw one guy almost get left behind three different times.

The buses I was on actually had working WiFi and power outlets. I'd say my entire experience was fairly comparable to Amtrak, but with the bonus of my fiance not having to drive over the border to pick me up in Port Huron (because Amtrak doesn't go into Canada from the Michigan side anymore but Greyhound does) and not having to drive 45 minutes south of my town to actually catch the train in the first place since we get no passenger trains in Des Moines. The one perk of Amtrak vs. Greyhound (if you have both as readily available options) is that if Amtrak screws up the schedule and you miss your train, they will work with you to make sure you get where you're going, or have accommodations until they can, providing lodging and meal and transportation vouchers. On Greyhound, at best you'll be told to hang around the station for the next available bus to your destination.
Heh. Port Huron, America's black squirrel city.

Does anyone have a link a good thread to explain Hit Scr

Am I understanding right that he wants us to keep this hit just sitting in our que until 5/25?
yup. I returned it. I'd probably lose more than 5 bucks by not being able to grab a full queue of good batches and trying to maneuver around the hit in my queue for 5 days

I know this will sound very noobish of me... but what are Googles that everyone talks about? I see it around here, but I haven't been able to figure it out lol.
I see like 5 people answered this. Probably my favorite hits and best paid for how long they take

That feel when your turkmaster makes the bleep bleep noise when you were about to quit. I'm glad I held out for that 7$ hit too.

Sure you werent thinking of me? That sounds about right for the chaos last week here at home
So many people here have severe drinking problems that's easy to get them mixed up. Even though every one is a unique, special drunk snowflake.
