I google some of the businesses beforehand, to find out what's relevant to ask them on the phone tbqh. I got asked to call a lawyer once, so I didn't even ask too many questions, except to confirm it was the named business. It's....................a bit tricky. I don't really want to ask someone a question I already know the answer to.
I had one where I asked her if she had any e-cigs and she said NO THIS IS MY HOME!Just got a lady who couldn't speak English. I had to ask the same question over and over and she started yelling "Who is this!!!"

If someone doesn't give the business name, ask if it's the business first lol. Makes it easier. That way you can say and type "wrong number' at the same time and move the fuck on. I minimize the phone call time as much as possibe because 47 phone calls (even if half didn't answer properly) have me shaking and sweating super bad with an average time of 1 minute per call ....efficiency is key here, to avoid hell.
