I think you're probably ok. I'm pretty sure they look at how often you get blocked not just how many you have. If you've only been blocked 5 times in three years you're probably ok. I probably have roughly the same amount in a similar time frame.

I wouldn't worry about the retake blocks, they're probably already lifted. Whether or not Amazon knows the difference is another question
