Usually. But sometimes they change them.

It could go either way. If they leave the hit exactly the same it should be the same PandA

It can depend. Some requesters will continue using the same groupID and keep reloading the batch, others will create new batches so its better to use a requester watch.

Best way to figure it out is just to watch, trial and error, unfortunately. Or root around the forums and see if old postings match the link you have.
