Anyone have any luck asking to be paid through a message when a long survey expired while you were doing it? the $3 survey has left me with a huge headache, can't think, and not even paid? just found mold in my walls, found out I'm not getting the tax refund I thought I was...$3 just seems like a lot more than usual. just wondering.

ask them to set up a compensation hit just for you :)
And yes, requesters do it all the time

I've never heard of anything so harsh - I take it you're in a bit city? Honestly, the first chance I got I think I'd move.

Don't know what state you live in but I know in CA that is flat out illegal. Late fees cannot be based on a "per day" basis. If you're not in CA, there may be a law/judge's ruling (case law) against this in your state, too.
