Last night my wife and I made little egg muffins. We beat some eggs, mixed them with cheese and ham ( she put spinach, mushrooms, and bell peppers in hers) and put them in muffin tins. They baked for about 16 minutes, then we put them in the fridge. I just warmed up a few for the kids and they are so easy and so good.

Muffins should not have a vegetable in them.
