You keep the panda list in TM and when the requester drops HITs, you turn on the panda and fill up your queue.

I apparently don't know how to use turkmaster. there doesn't seem to be any way to customize the list that's included with the script. I can't add my own hits to it.

When you put a panda into the url, you should get a watch this hit if there are no hits available. If you click on that it should add the panda to TM.
