I don't know what your criteria is for obvious but I think when a majority of the fresh hits are taken before I can even click on them, it's pretty obvious something is going on.

I think more often than not, it's a case of 10,000 hungry turkers and a requester with a survey that needs 10 participants.

Before india/international got banned they had shops that auto accepted the hits. Similar behavior is popping up again, for example 1-2k hits dissapearing at odd hours that Americans would not be on for. Nobody knows for sure, but I am seeing same trends last 6-8 months.

Every time i think of India i think of the little song UNICEF India published on the youtubs.

I mean, can't a single worker only have 25 hits in their queue? So say 100 people panda the hit as fast as mturk allows them to, that's 2500 hits gone in a few seconds. And then realize there are like 10,000-20,000 actual workers....

It's pretty obvious people are auto accepting new hits somehow. Either they should hand out that software or get banned.
