I'm not sure it's Gina, but I once had a HIT that did just that. Long, paid well with a bonus, but gave me that message right at the end. I returned it then sent a message since it seemed odd to be blocked like that after finishing everything.

Turned out it was a bug. The requester replied as such and then compensated everyone that did it but got the error via those 'compensation' dummy HITs. They even made a separate one for me since the dummy hit didn't work for me either.

But yes, do send a message to them. It might work out.

I just realized that you have to do a qual test on the actual hits. which is just you confirming that you did the training hits. But I still need to wait for the email.
