those have to be in the budget already, emergency fund should only be for 2 things.
1. someone loses their job
2. economy tanks
everything else should be budgeted for, (within reason of course)

I am finally, at 31 years old, almost to this point. I am pretty sure I did everything wrong financially as a teenager lolol. But now, I have a little cushion for emergencies, my credit is getting better and i now have a credit card that isnt 22%, and my house is fully paid off. ^_^

Yup, but like I said, we were on month #1 of BS#1, so our "car fund" was only at $30 when those hit. And it was one of those random out of the middle of nowhere repairs (unlike the issue with his truck we're aware of and budgeting for fixing in a reasonable time, outside of "just standard" car maintenance. I'm not sure that sentence made sense to anyone but me lol.
