I helped write the code for this guys hit so he doesn't reject at all anymore. He's actually a pretty cool guy.

You should only be able to select 3 answeres total. The ineligible question set( and the one causing the rejections) should blank out

If the location is man-made, select a function in Question 3 and don't select anything for Question 4.
If the location is natural, select a natural location type in Question 4 and don't select anything for Question 3.

Well, I've only had a few interactions with the requester but in each one, I was called profanity names and told I was basically a useless, horrible person. And I'm not alone in having had these types of interactions. So, yeah. You could email and ask for the qual but if it's the same person who's running the account and you actually do get a reply, it'll probably be super nasty. Good luck!
