The Scripts subforum is a subforum of the Help Area. As for the threads you're talking about...those are 3 sticky threads that aren't meant for discussion, it's just a list of resources and rules and stuff. The rest of the threads in the Help section have posts.

You have to click "Mturk Help & Resources" first. After that the first thing up at the top is "Userscripts, Extensions, and Software. "

This is true. Once you've tanked your approval rating, rejections don't matter at all, because Amazon recognizes you as a tainted swamp beast.
