FWiW, if you want to do this but also want to deny them the page view revenue, you can easily access a cached version of their page so that they don't actually get your click.

Okay so I have a question. Occasionally I'll get a survey that says there will be a code at the end of the survey but there's not. And it's not that it's not being generated or anything, it's like the researchers forgot to include that portion in setting up the survey. What do you do in those situations?

I usually leave my mTurk ID and send a message to the requester. Never had a rejection that way.
