well shit, didn't the company at least attempt to verify her? not excusing in any way what she did and she sounds like a horrible person.
Well sort of. They went online to verify the license number was real and that's about it, they never got a copy of it from her or anything. Director of Nursing for 3 years before I caught her.

First time I emailed jeff I got an answer within 3 days saying they really couldn't verify me (I had already talked to amazon payments multiple times at this point), so I continued calling every single day to payments (sometimes multiple times per day) for I think nearly three weeks before I emailed jeff again. I never got an email back but within 2-3 days of sending the second email to jeff my account was reinstated.
Thank you! That gives me hope. Hopefully they didn't just close my account for good.

Point of the story here is to just annoy the living shit out of Amazon. It's really the only way to get things done. The lack of transparency the 'support' folks give makes it easy to lose hope. You'll get it back eventually casualwarfare @casualwarfare
edit: FWIW, they never actually told me what I did when I got suspended. Still don't know. Even though it seems obvious what happened in your case, it's pretty much promised you won't ever get a clear response of why this or that happened.
