Are there any others like UT? I'd prefer the kind that doesn't want to use my webcam. I only trust Sticky with that.

Validately has some tests where you dont need a webcam. most of their tests are 5.00 for a 5 min test, but they dont send you tests very often. (I get them like once every 2-3 weeks)

Userzoom/intellizoom/youeye RARELY gives out surveys that are like 5 bucks...

You should really get over the fear of the webcam though... Usertests are the easiest ways to make money online... and probably offline as well.
