i got a few rejections last time but did a lot and most of them were fair, there were some though that were unreasonable and i emailed him about them and he wouldn't overturn them

I'm not surprised, and I've found a bunch that don't seem to have their CLEP listed, and you can't post through college . I'm too scared to submit with no information

east coast is hardee's, west coast is carl's jr. in my experience

On the east coast, all I know is Philly, half of Jersey, and a decent portion of the I95 corridor. But I've never seen a hardees.
