I am NOT a doctor.
But, having said that, there are a few
really fundamental things most people already know but which are still worth mentioning.
Basically there are two types of depression: 1.) episodic -- the type some/most of us go thru and then after a "short" period of time come out of, like when a pet dies, or you lose a job, or when a romantic relationship splits, or when your choice for POTUS isn't elected; and, 2)
clinical depression, which can be
way more serious and often requires the intervention of a doctor.
You said: "...
the last two months turking. I stay inside & turk and eat and think too much of the past." There are three symptoms of clinical depression in that statement. If you are actually thinking about a 9-5 job,
that is a positive in your favor.
There are different tests for clinical (and episodic) depression but this one ( which I take when I feel I may be 'slipping') is the easiest . It takes maybe two minutes to do (you might have to cut and paste the link).
I suggest you take the test,
@PeachyRider.

If the number of points you accrue indicates you are in a "mild" depression or higher, you might want to see a doctor. Note: doctor's have told me that when trying to decide between, say, the "2" column or the '3" column, or choosing between the "3" column or the "4" column,
always choose the higher.
You are more than welcome to PM me if you feel the need or have questions
