It's not a thing. If they suspend your account you'll get a message stating your account has been suspended. I've never heard of anyone missing money from their account without it being suspended. As always, I could be wrong.

maybe i will look into a way of contacting them, but yeah like 22 dollars is "applied to order blah blah" when it actually was not... so the money is just POOF gone. It was never deposited into my bank and it definitely wasn't applied to an amazon order.
