I was only 5m into the survey when it broke and I had enough time on the timer that I thought it might be worth it to email the requester, and the email address was conveniently in the text of the HIT window. i usually don't email anymore either, but it was an opportune time.
I got a bonus yesterday from a HIT that I feel like I took a few weeks ago, I think they're just a little slow to pay out
