by the way. Found this out yesterday by accident. Son was catching pokestops as we were driving home from daycamp. I had just put a new egg in the incubator when we left his daycamp. I got 1.6 km towards hatching by driving, because I was driving slowly hitting stoplights. It counts all movement under 20 mph.

So. If it's hot and you need to hatch an egg, drive around your 'hood slowly and piss off other drivers! grin

I was wondering why I had eggs hatching when I was going to the store yesterday.
