I've always found PE posts useless and spammy in general. But people seem to like them so I shut up and deal with it for the most part >.>

Like, if you just had your best day ever, post your PE -- I'll celebrate with you. Otherwise, there are so many factors in play that knowing how much someone else made in any given day is pretty useless, and you are just posting to post.

Eh, I like them if they're spoilerd. You don't have to click on the whole thing, and they give me ideas of requesters to watch out for if I'm looking for batches. Might as well say don't post the export for a HIT you caught off scraper because they're already all gone.

ETA: also today WAS my best day ever, so I was obligated to post it.

I like to share my pe for the day, mainly cause I liked seeing everyone elses when I was new to turking. Helped me to see what others actually make, and I was better able to create goals for myself. I really like the forum export function on mturk dashboard. It also shares what I was working on ^_^

I see this as the same thing. I have only been turking 3 months but have tripled my money by keeping my mouth closed and reading everything written here on this forum.Thanks again to all those that post not just the hits but the knowledge to go with it.

It's fine not to share, it's fine to expect people to have to work their way up on their own, it's kind of shitty to keep rubbing their faces in it.
