I've had tuna like that. It's pretty good on it's own merits. Still not as good as mayo to me, but I respect that.


See at first when you said Chef I was like no way someone could get that far without liking mayo. But then I started thinking, that really in terms of restaurant food, unless they serve some types of macaroni, potato, cole slaw, or tuna salads, mayo isn't really in all that much prepared food. I know some appetizers, but actual entrees I guess he wouldn't need that taste.

That's the thing, they have a lot of tasty food at his restaurant, but all of the salads and what not are oil and vinegar based. The food is good, I just think it's funny.
