FWIW ... Winco brand Sharp Cheddar is surprisingly good. I mean... I just bought 3 bricks of it. {Tillamook 2 lb Cheddar loaf, or Organic Valley soft sharp cheddar are solid...)

Speechpad's web video qual is killing me on their guide.

You have to put timestamps every 30 seconds, mandatory. But one example somehow gives one at 01:58, and then at 04:02. First, if it's every 30 seconds, why would there ever be a timestamp of 01:58? It would be every 30 seconds. Second, why would you skip from 01:58 to 04:02?

This worries me in was that CrowdSource used to. They give instructions and aren't *quite* clear on them. Makes doing these nervewracking.

I really wish I liked cheese as much as I did when I was a kid. I remember eating cottage cheese, swiss, etc, on their own. At some point between 4 and 6, I started hating all but what goes on a pizza. Weird.

My little brothers are 10 and 11 years younger than me. When the older of the two turned ten, he kept telling everyone he wanted Swiss cheese for his birthday and everyone else laughed at him. I went to the deli and bought him two pounds of REALLY GOOD Swiss sliced extra thin, and it was his favourite birthday present that year.
