It's be great if Amazon had some sort of review process for conduct of that kind. I feel like that deserves a ban or a suspension. However, I'd be just as afraid of a requester abusing that.

they could always use a crowdsourcing platform as an arbiter before things go to final review. With some sort of screening or... qualification process...
