Can someone help me please. I'm ready to have a heart attack. Been on phone with Internet provider all last note and today. And with hp. I can't connect at all cept with cell. it is att. Jp did check said its modem. that runs the TV too so no cable. I got a new one this morning but can't get the frets to help set it up

I can't help, but I just wanted you to know that I understand your frustration. I don't know what Jp is and I don't know what frets are. Sorry.
