They do (or at least, did) have a lot of HITs with porn in them. It was image rating stuff... you frequently saw Mario butthumping Yoshi and the like.

Do you use Hit Database?

If not, you can set it up now, and it will go back 45 days and tell you ALL of the HITs you've done. If you did the HIT more than 45 days ago, it won't help for this particular one, but it will mitigate the issue going forward.
