oooh thanks for reminding me i had one of those i forgot all about. out of my adhd meds so having some serious issues. PS if you find yourself seriously considering licking the floor b/c your last one got dropped and stepped on, do you have a serious problem? just wondering. cuz im also a bad housekeeper, so even less of an appetizing idea than it could be but seriously I gotta get to work here. pps did i seriously say sseriously about six times there?

This is unsolicited and I'm not a doctor, nor have I ever been diagnosed with ADHD. The only thing I've ever taken meds for was depression about six years ago. The meds worked really well for a while. I was gleefully happy (like too happy), until I started getting really sleepy and gaining weight, which for me was worse than being depressed. I had a roommate at the time who was extremely outgoing and fucking cheerful as hell. It was a good thing for me at the time. She introduced me to some things that I never imagined would help, like daily meditation and yoga. I still rely on those things to calm my thoughts and make my body feel strong and useful. If you're in a tough spot right now, sit down and count you exhalations for 15 minutes. It might help and if it doesn't, you haven't lost anything.
