PS it's higher now. I do not miss livingin this type of weather. I was ten and would see if it was under 105 I'd ride my bike to the convenience store, if over, I might wait....now i would be passed out dead on the sidewalk.

not really hard, other than if you can stomach the visuals; they're based on the idea that casual observation can provide a reasonable judgement of skill, just based on how they have you evaluate what's going on

they/their customers must be at least reasonably satisfied with how that's worked out so far

The hardest part about doing them is having to watch a video. If Hulk Hogan would pop out of the person's gut and give me a speech on how to be a better wrestler they wouldn't be so bad.

It took me a couple to really get the idea. Some low paying ones yesterday were just them working on skills to get used the tools without dropping things or whatever, not actual people. That was helpful, more writing though. You see how shakey they are vs confident, if they are breaking the suture and just all over the place, etc, if they look like they are ripping the person up, ok I'm prob not the best person to answer, but it has been interesting, and easier to judge after you've seen a few. And my first couple were in areas that just made me want to throw up watching because I'd had those surgeries and not pleasant..lol but I'm better now.
