I dunno what your numbers are like, but you have to be willing to take chances on things as well, and learn what you're good at/what to look for

Keep learning, it gets easier as you go if you work at it

I've been turking for a few years, but only got really into it within the last year. I'm definitely still learning. But I try to put to good use scripts and whatnot, I just don't have it down yet.
