The opposite, I had to get rid of my beautiful 20 gallon tank, had to give the fish away, years of an established ecosystem and plant growth gone just like that.

I kept the shrimp in a little 3 gallon tank because I knew they'd survive the move, shrimp don't give a fuck. I could've given them away too but I have a compulsive need to keep at least some sort of aquarium at all times.
