All the people who work there are really racist and they all seem to have a particular race they hate and none of them overlap.

Well, its technically a bit more complicated than that.

Example: YTA - 7 min timer.

There is 2 timers, mturk timer and endor timer, both of which are the same (but don't start at the same time)

Mturk timer starts when you accepts the HIT.

Endor timer starts when you see the HIT contents for the first time.

Say if you queue up a YTA (don't look at it) and wait 5 min. Then you open the HIT and see the contents of the HIT for the first time. This starts the Endor timer, which is at 7 minutes and counting down while Mturk timer is at 2 min counting down.

You let that HIT expire. There is now 5 min left on the Endor timer, and that is how long your lockout is.
