Last time Pew's posted all my hits approved and I left a lot of them blank. They also answered my email pretty quickly when I asked them to clarify a category. They seem to be a fair/good requester so, I wouldn't worry about their stuff approving if you do them honestly.

IMO, its best to try to justify leaving it all blank in the comment box if there's some ambiguity though.

A tone of mine are all 'No' ... mostly just saying, congrats to someone, listen in on a podcast, or an endorsement. Not a lot of negatives that I'm seeing. and not much about specific benefits either.

I don't know how you can leave them all blank if they're all defaulted to "no." If there's no changes, then you don't need to do anything.
