Anyone know what this Joe Hamm national weather center study is about ? i've been doing it for the past 15 weeks every sunday , its a 30 second survey which says i wont get paid if i dont complete at least 25 weeks. I cant for the life of me remember what the hell it is or how much i will get paid. I also didnt find any Joe hamm when i searched thru Hit database
