In regards to your spoiler, many years ago I actually did that...not at McDs but at a fast food place. Never worked so damn hard in my life. The lady didn't want to hire me because I was "way overqualified". I told her I was not overqualified for a job. She hired me on the spot Oddly enough, that turned out to be the job where I learned what a quality boss was...it wasn't those corporate assholes, it was that Whataburger Manager who got in there, worked just as hard, and did the shit jobs too even though she didn't have to. Never respected a boss that much before or after her. Other than that, damn working fast food SUCKS, but it's pay. Take the pay if you need it.

I did 5 years of hard labor at Arbys while I was in college. Never going back to fast food ever again. Everyone is just so rude and nasty.

I applied a while back and got through but unfortunately got a better RL job so I didn't end up taking it.

I've heard the work is good and consistent at first but they can also end your contract abruptly without warning and not hire you back.

well I work customer service in a grocery store right now, and although people can still be rude, in fast food, damn near everyone is rude because everyone wants their food before they finish ordering it. At least at a grocery store, people are more lenient because they kind of expect to spend some time there.
