This has come up a few times over the years, when people suspected a high approval percentage or a high number of approved HITs was connected to getting Masters. Someone over on Reddit says they actually knew someone who tried it and got both their worker and requester accounts suspended. There are some bits in the TOS that could be interpreted to apply here.
