To anyone having issues and wondering what is going on, one of our web servers crashed a few hours ago. It was an issue on our host's end, not ours, so there wasn't much we could do but wait for them to fix it, then restart the server. Unfortunately, we're seeing the same sort of caching issues that popped up when we did the server reset last month. It can take a bit of time for everything to re-sync, so it may be a little bit before everything is back to normal. Just please be patient.
