I do them by getting a panda going and two windows up side by side working from queue. Usually my queue doesn't empty.

They're pretty good mindless filler imo

I wouldn't worry about that too much.

I wasn't sure if they would be rejected. Last night I did like upwards of 30 before realizing it but the approval hasn't gone through yet so I wasn't sure. And I've yet to have a big mass rejection, plus don't have that many HITS completed so it could mess up my percentage.
