The lighter the honey the sweeter it is. The darker tends to taste more mineral/tinny.

it all depends on where the bee got it's pollen, and it can change the flavor somewhat, I get a lot from local bee keepers at the farmer's markets.

The darker stuff is good for allergies...specially if its local honey. I have some that is almost as dark as molasses....not really good for anything other then straight spoonfuls out of the jar lol

yep, honey in pure form is sterile, sterile things can't and won't go bad UNLESS outside bacteria comes into contact with it

I have taken this qual test twice and got a 69 (70 needed). Maybe the 3rd time will be the winner. I really feel like I'm answering the questions correctly, I don't get it.
