Usually a little after 8 until recently when they've posted at 8:30ish. Sometimes it's not worth it, but when you're able to cap or get close to it it's a nice boost for the day. * And then there are the times when they're on a break and the mornings suck.

Well today is the second time I have capped with Zoltars website evaluations I believe. I definitely need an hour and a half. Can't do it in an hour as much as I try. Need to prioritize your panda's and scripts. Is Z's important to you than just panda them and turn off scraping scripts. If you get too many Pre's than adjust your timers. Pre's may happen more with a slow connection or how far away you are from mturk servers but they aren't magical. The limit is 1 request about every second. Also find an extension for your browser to copy the title of the web page. That made me go a lot faster.
