So I should attempt to use a less memorable and more mundane example or are you suggesting I basically plagiarize what I have written previously?

So if some asks me to remember a car accident I was involved in, I can't describe it the same way to more than one person?

Wow.....

No... it means you take the time to actually think about and reflect on the experience... explore it again mentally and write about it. You aren't doing any of that if you are copy-pasting from a spreadsheet. AND you don't have to use the same experiences every time. Take a few minutes to think critically about what their aim is... not just what you are getting paid.
