Not the people that work there, but the corporate culture seems mentally deficient. When I last moved we went there to get a set of chairs for our sun room. They had one in stock, told us they can't order the other ones, but would tell us when they came in. They didn't call, then finally one more comes in stock, I reserve it, they apparently think the word reserve means "put out for sale" and sold it before I got there to get it. I go through the whole "We can't selll you one, ship one to you, order one, or put it aside, get it from another store, or tell you anything routine" I ended up going to one that had one 30 miles away in the end...and that's only one of five dumb examples.
