My ears are burning I am so mad. Our insurance is going up another $200 a month to over $1,000. That's for 3 healthy people. My hubs isn't on our plan because his is paid 100% by his employer. I'm in the process of looking to switch now. My kids are over 18 and are still both on our insurance and most likely will be until they get coverage on their own. Ugh I hate this.
we are nothing but numbers to this healthcare system. it's a sham and I want to BURN IT TO THE GROUND! yeah. : (

I could have sworn that they were supposed to drop prices after the Affordable Health Care Act was enacted ? Are you sure it is not a mistake? (sarcasm).

Gotta keep the money rolling... they can't afford to lower the prices on health insurance till after they get the next war economy boost started.

Mine will be a fee of $700 for the year when I don't buy any, apparently.

At this point I think I'd rather just hold onto my own money and pay as I go, it's the catostophic that bothers me though. We have a health savings plan as well, so that may be the route we need to go. It's ridiculous

That seems like a good reason to work.

That's beautiful, it makes me want to buy insurance right in the middle of that bridge.
You stop it right now! I don't want to laugh. I want to be mad and throw my fist in the air in protest.

but I also want to be happy and carefree

I'm conflicted in who I am today. Where are the surveys that ask how I'm really feeling when I need them?
