Yes, I think it's still doable - but I just don't know. There is probably value in waiting this out until I can buy..........

When I had no choices, it was easy to make a decision (I had to do whatever I could see and grasp) Now I have choices, well, there is so much to think about whatever road I travel.

Mostly, I'm really worried that I'll make a mistake and wind up back in a pickle.
